Yezhova Moves onto Russian Team

Russia's Olympic gymnastics team arrived Friday in Beijing with a slightly different squad than had been announced: Alternate Lyudmila Yezhova Grebenkova traveled instead of original team member Daria Yelizarova.

There was no official reason for the absence of Yelizarova, the 2006 Junior European champion. Grebenkova, 25, was a member of Russia's bronze-medal team at the 2004 Olympics in Athens, and a competitor at three world championships.

The women's competition begins Sunday.
