Uchimura, Wife Expecting Baby in the Spring

Gymnastics king Kohei Uchimura, 23, will soon have a new title: dad. Uchimura, the three-time world champion and Olympic all-around champion, revealed he and his new wife are expecting a baby in the spring. "I'm blessed with a new life," he said Tuesday.

Uchimura recently announced he was married last month, though kept the news of the baby secret until this week. Uchimura, a major celebrity in Japan, has asked for privacy in his bid to keep his wife out of the spotlight.
