(1 vote, average 5.00 out of 5)

Japanese television show "Jounetsu Tairiku" profiled two-time world champion Kohei Uchimura, and a fan has uploaded the clips to YouTube. The Japanese-language feature includes interviews with his parents and teammates, photos and videos from his early days in gymnastics, as well as new footage of him training. Part two (beginning at 3:20) includes a clip of Uchimura tumbling a quadruple-twisting double back — the program's editors count three twists but how many do you see? Click for Part 1, Part 2 and Part 3.

The Internet of today is not the Internet of five years ago. There are dangers that simply didn't exist back in 2001, when Internet Explorer 6 was released to the world. Internet Explorer 7 makes surfing the web fundamentally safer by offering greater protection against viruses, spyware, and other online risks.
