Biography
After struggling with injuries through the quadrennium, Laura Campos has managed to be one of the few Spanish gymnasts to be a two-time Olympian.

Campos is the first gymnast from the autonomous region of Extremadura to make the Spanish national team. She shone in the leg events (floor and vault) at her first international competition in Groeningen 2003, but with time and her ability to control her power and stamina, she's progressed into a good all-around gymnast with stable scores on all four apparatus.

Campos' main goal was making it to the 2008 Olympics, and having achieved this, qualifying for the all-around final would be a great prize.
