Has anyone seen this transition before? It looks like something that might have been done in the past when the bars were closer together. It's at the beginning of the routine. Video is from gymnastike.
It's a Radochla, named after Birgit Radochla of East Germany, who first performed it in the 1960s. She also has another skill named after her, the low-to-high transition shown here:
The dismount was interesting too! was is a front 1.5 or 2.5 (I'm way to tired to pay attention to number of twists). Either way, it's not something I have seen much.

Ungureanu was a fabulous bar worker.
She certainly was. It's a pity her wonderful gymnastics was overshadowed by Nadia Comaneci's. She would have been the number one gymnast on just about any other team in 1976.
