Default Twisting Form and Today's Code

Spin-off from the Chest Position thread. Hope the code experts are willing to help again!

Can we go through the deductions for twisting form, and what is regarded as acceptable and what is not? (Not talking about height or landing here, just the leg form in the air). Where do the judges draw the line with deductions, and what deductions are given at each degree? I'm really just trying to understand (again).

Here are the screenshots; I'm pretty sure they were all taken of a 2.5+

Mattie (assuming no deduction):

The only thing I can think of is crossed legs 0.1 each time plus whatever posture/form faults.

Some gymnasts twist really fast that it's hard to tell whether or not their legs are crossed until you see the slow-mo. But the thing is the B-panel doesn't get the luxury of video replay so they have to give benefit of the doubt to the gymnast.

What about when the legs are separated, and not crossed over?

Bridget: .1- The feet crossing gets .1
Anna: .3 The knees cross
Ivana: .3- She will get .3 off for having the legs crossed near the knees. She will probably get more for the separation.
A mean judge could take .1 off for Mattie for the really small feet crossing, but no one would. She has a slight leg separation though.
Anyone have stills of Cheng Fei? Maybe Yang Yilin or any Chinese gymnast. Shawn as well.

I think that is point one unless they are in a Y form which will get .3

This is kinda the same as what I posted on the best junior thread. So here are screenshots of Komova/Mustafina/Wieber in twisting passes. Personally, I think Komova and Mustafina are about even in the bad twisting technique department, but because Komova bends her knees the slightest bit, doesn't squeeze her legs together, and doesn't point her toes when she performs this triple twist, it LOOKS better than Mustafina's. I'm not sure who I'd give the bigger deduction to. Obviously Mustafina's is more noticeable, but they seem to have different problems.

Wieber's is almost perfect. But then, hers isn't a triple, and I've noticed gymnasts tend to have better form on 2.5s.

I've got Shawn and Yang! I'm assuming no deduction for these two either.

As I expected, YYL has flawless twisting form, it's really exquisite. I miss her

Would the judges really only take .1 for each of them? Mustafina has some of the worst form I've ever seen! In my book that's at least a .3 deduction. You can even see it in real time:

No and the reason Shawn has such good form is because her coach is chinese.
