According to this article @"HUNEDOREANUL," SANDRA IZBASA started the exams session (for her Baccalaureate diploma)
on June 21st 2009.

Sandra succesfully passed the 1st oral exam (Romanian language and literature) with the maximum grade of 10 (this motivated her to do great on the next ones)!
Coach Nicolae Forminte (Sandra's "adoptive father") was there for moral support, waiting for Sandra outside the "Sabin Drăgoi" High School facility in Deva.

June 22nd = time for the 2nd oral exam (English = another maximum mark of 10 obtained!).

According to this article @ "LIBERTATEA", SANDRA IZBASA celebrated her 19th Birthday on June 18th with a traditional birthday cake and candles on the terrase of Sport Hotel. Then, the B-day girl spent the day to a local watersports complex in Mamaia.
Director Elena Frâncu (DJS Constanţa) surprised Sandra with a gigantic B-day cake and beautiful flowers.
Sandra's father stopped by to visit her 2 days before and then Sandra celebrated with her teammates while training in Mamaia (Black Sea area).
The girls were training twice a day: one training session on the beach and the second one at a Gym in Constanţa.

Yes, indeed. Nadia has been traveling a lot lately, attending various events in Romania, Italy (May 20th 2009, Nadia was invited in Rome @ RAI DUE) and then she was back for her little one's 3rd Birthday in the States (Dylan got a mini-Cadillac on June 3rd 2009 and he's thrilled!!!).

LIBERTATEA had an article late last month about Nadia and her family... Bart filming a tornado in Oklahoma...


Then, they are friends with Coppola, so had to honor the invitation for the movie premier of "Tetro" in Los Angeles.

Those are BONEY M.- very popular in the late 70s - early 80s... Back now in concerts...

BONEY M. = the pop and disco group created by record producer Frank Farian. Originally based in West Germany, the 4 original members of the group's official lineup were Liz Mitchell and Marcia Barrett (Jamaica), Maizie Williams (Montserrat), and Bobby Farrell (Aruba) - dancer, rap, live vocals.
