^^What she said.

The judges seem to like her BB and FX well enough, but low scores on V and UB could (and should) keep her off the podium.

I love Sandra, but I have to agree. Her bars and vault are yucky. Even on beam, she's a got a lot of bent knees, which sort of ruins it for me. But I can't be too hard on her for that, because she is so tall.

I'm really interested to see how floor will go for her though. Hopefully she can clean it up.

I really dont think that she will medal in the aa. Many people would have to have mistakes. I really hope she gets a medal on fx.

For her to win gold? No, unless a disaster of sydney-esque proportions occurs.

For bronze, maybe? More difficulty on UB, form everywhere else.

she had a really bad injury a few weeks, if not days before podium training

I sitll don't think she could've challanged for more than maybe bronze or silver on fx

If it weren't for her injury, I think she could have started off from a 6 or 6.1 value, but then of course since we didn't get to see her, it's hard to know what routine she was going for:

Piked full-in (E)
Tucked full-in (E)
Triple spin (C) ... or double L turn?? (D)
2.5 twist punch front full (D + C + 0.2 CV)
Gogean (D)
Tour jete half (D)
Triple twist (E)

3.3 + 0.2 + 2.5 = 6.0 or 6.1 if she could upgrade her spin, but judging by the quality of her leaps, I think it's fair to assume she could do those 2 D leaps like Tweddle... Who incidently had a 6.1 in EF... I think Izbasa would have been a contender for gold

I read that she was actually preparing a 6.3 routine for 2009 Worlds.
