Default Who are your FAVOURITE Olympic Champions

Now that we have seen who your LEAST favourite Olympic Champions were, who are your FAVOURITE Olympic Champions.

TEAM: 2004, Romania - with no superstar names on the team - that team hit every routine to take GOLD

AA: Lilia Podkopeya (sorry if spelt wrong)
VT: Monica Rosu , 2004 ROM
BB: Catalina Ponor, 2004 ROM -
UB: Svetlana Khorkina, 2000
FX: Zamo, 2000 - what personality and power in that routine although I was rooting for Raducan to win.

Team - Soviets (pick one), though, I DO love Romania 2004
AA - Liukin 2008
VT - Rosu 2004
UB - Khorkina 1996 and 2000
BB - Lysenko 1992 (well, that routine was not her most exciting, but she was just a magnificent beam worker)
FX - Izbasa 2008 for the sticks, Zamo for the dramatic touch. I WISH I could say Onodi 1992 lol

Going by the official record I'd have to say Simona Ammanar for the class, maturity, dignity, respect for her teammate, country and sport she displayed in the aftermath of Andreea being (unfairly and stupidly) stripped of her gold medal.
