First of all I'd like to thank everyone for the birthday wishes! I appreciate them and am glad you guys could take a moment to celebrate the wonderful day in which I was born!
Overall I had a pretty good day. It started off with me receiving $100 cash in the mail from my grandmother! Then I got more money from my parents and brother! Apparently everyone pitched in $100 so in total I got $400 today! I hadn't mentioned any ideas for a gift, so everyone thought giving me cash was the way to go, and it was!

Later, Kitty and I started developing a cool idea for future competitions! It's going to be what gets us to London for the Olympics haha.
So tonight with my parents I went to Choi's Korean Kitchen, which is the only Korean restaurant in my city. I have to say, it was really good! There was only one other family-customer there in addition to us, so we got served pretty easily! I had bulgoki (marinated beef slices), mandu (fried dumplings), and banchan (a bunch of little Korean, pickled/fermented side dishes). All in all, it was so yummy because Korean BBQ is my favorite!
Afterwards we came home to some double layered chocolate/chocolate cake! Along with it I had my favorite ice cream - vanilla pistachio from Wegmans!
One last note - I asked a guy out on a date today!
All in all I had a pleasant birthday/hump day! The birthday festivities throughout the week. But thanks again to everyone who sent me greetings on here and Facebook!
