Mattie Larson and ....

Sorry if this has already been posted somewhere but have you guys heard that Mattie Larson is taking her official visit to UCLA! I think she would fit in perfect there She would be in the same class year as Sam Peszek and Olivia Courtney (I think ) UCLA will be so dominate this year and I will be more excited to follow college gymnastics

That would certainly make it easier for her to do elite while in NCAA since she's still close to her regular gym!

do you reckon Bridget's going to do NCAA? Any thoughts as to which college would suit her?

Interesting. I saw a recent article that said Mattie wasn't interested in NCAA b/c she wanted to persue acting. One of my friends daughters used to go to AOGC and confirmed that Mattie never had an interest in NCAA. Maybe she changed her mind? That would be great! UCLA needs to re-build and get some more big names on their roster again.

Yeah I do remember her saying that... Maybe she is visiting to see if NCAA is something she does want to pursue. I really hope she changes her mind and does join THAT team

I'm not really sure why I say this, but I can picture Bridget at Utah. I certainly don't see her as a Gymdog or a Bruin, but then again I didn't think Shayla Worley seemed like a Gymdog either...

Both of Mattie's parents are actors so that makes sense, but it couldn't hurt to get a free college education while still living in LA

I don't think Shayla is a great fit at UGA either, I think she wanted to win hahaha. But I didn't really think of McCool as a gymdog either and she turned out great so who knows

I've heard both ways and certainly don't pretend to don't know what path she'll choose, but it's worth mentioning that Mattie has attended every UCLA home meet for years, and her father cuts the UCLA floor music, so she is tight with that program and has long had a spot waiting for her there, if she wants it... So it's not surprising that she's at least taking the visit.
