You guys really need to learn how to PLAY with the trolls, it is much more fun that way. When the trolls know they can get to you, they wont stop acting up.
Be creative, start threads and polls that will make them flee in shame! Respond to them with sarcasm and wit. Ignoring the idiots works when wit and sarcasm fails you as well.
I will admit that Worlds was kind of anticlimatic, but what does everyone here really expect of a non-team world championships anyway? In 2005, the US cleaned up almost every potential gold and silver medal and the televisions didn't even bother with it until a long time after the meet was over.
The whole purpose of gymnastics boards are to keep people informed of what is going on in the gymnastics world because we cannot rely on other media to help us out on a consistent basis.
Packing up your toys and leaving because some idiot sitting in a muu muu in a darkened room eating cheetos wrote a nasty remark on a message board is kind of a cop out as well.
