Kelley Wins Houston International
The competition featured athletes from the United States, Canada, Mexico and Ukraine.
Kelley, a silver medalist with the U.S. team at the 2006 World Championships, topped teammates Ivana Hong and Bridget Sloan. Kelley's highest score was a 16.400 on balance beam.
Mexico's Elsa Garcia, third behind Shawn Johnson and Kelley at last weekend's American Cup, finished fourth all-around. Garcia finished second on uneven bars and floor exercise.
